The City Sightseeing Glasgow tour offers visitors a brilliant and convenient way to discover the city and all its wonderful history and culture. Choose between a knowledgeable live guide or multi-lingual recorded commentary. 

The tour takes approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes. You can hop-on and hop-off to visit one of Glasgow's many free museums or art galleries as well as a stop for lunch, a bit of shopping or simply a walk in one of the city's many parks. The service will be operating five additional journeys during the summer months (1 July - 1 September) from 6:40pm onwards until 8:30pm to showcase the city at night.

You can join the tour at any of the 21 stops. Friendly pavement staff are located at the main George Square departure point and will be happy to help you with any queries or questions you may have about the tour.

Famous historian Neil Oliver provides English commentary and there is a choice of multi-lingual commentary in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Mandarin via headphones, or live English-speaking guides on selected journeys.

For the kids

The Ghoulish Glasgow recorded commentary is perfect for younger children who like scary stories. Listen to the ghostly guides - Ingleramus and Emily - who will tell you tales from Glasgow's gory, ghostly and grimy past and find out about some of Glasgow's historical hauntings, executions, murders and myths. Ghoulish Glasgow is available on all multi-lingual tours.
