Anne Frank + You

St Mungo Museum of Religious Life and Art, Glasgow

An exhibition about Anne Frank’s life and times, including a life-size replica of Anne's room in the Secret Annexe, replica artefacts from Anne's life and the Holocaust, and poignant personal photos of the Frank family. The exhibition also presents contemporary issues of prejudice and discrimination, such as racism in football, gang violence in the UK and Malala Yousafazi’s campaign for the education of girls. It brings Anne Frank’s voice firmly into the 21st century, and provides a platform for open dialogue on issues of prejudice and discrimination within our society today. Community Groups Tours Community groups can book free Eventbrite tickets for a tour of the exhibition, facilitated by trained Anne Frank Ambassadors from Glasgow secondary schools, supported by Anne Frank Scotland staff.  Please support Glasgow’s young people and enjoy this worthwhile experience! The tour is recommended for adults, young people and older children (not suitable for those under 10 years old). There are tours taking place from the 7th of June until the 28th of June, Tuesdays to Fridays, with 25 available slots.  Though the time allocated for each tour is 1 hour 30 minutes, the tour itself is likely to take no more than an hour, and allows time for visitors to explore the exhibition themselves afterwards.  There is a maximum number of 35 people per group but smaller groups are very welcome and groups of 20 or under may even be more optimal for the experience.   If your community group would like to book a timeslot, please using the link on the right. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT TO BOOK TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION - THIS IS DROP-IN DURING OPENING HOURS
