World Pipe Band Championships

The World Pipe Band Championships are back at Glasgow Green this August. 2 days of competition showcases the extraordinary ability of 8,000 pipers and drummers taking part.

Defending champions Inveraray and District will face bands from around the world as they compete to hang on to their crown.

And it's not just about piping and drumming as the event also hosts Highland Dancing, Highland Games, and a Kids Zone full of fun activities for little ones.
