Sean Nós dancing for Beginners with Aneta Dortová

Sean Nós dancing for Beginners with Aneta Dortová

This is a follow-on workshop from the morning and for those of you who have done it before.  Sean-nós dancing is a traditional form of Irish dance originating in Connemara. Aneta Dortová’s dancing is a mixture of steps from various styles of percussive dance all based around sean-nós steps.  With the support of musician Janet Lees, come and learn some new footwork guaranteed to be enjoyed by all ages! Wear comfortable shoes, no high heels. A water-fountain is available for filling up water bottles.
