Come&Try Sean Nós Irish with Aneta Dortová & Janet Lees

Sean-nós dancing is a traditional form of Irish dance originating in Connemara. Typically performed solo, this style is unique with its low to the ground steps and relaxed upper body. Aneta Dortová’s dancing is a mixture of steps from various styles of percussive dance all based around sean-nós steps.  With the supporting music of Janet Lees, all ages can come and learn some footwork. Wear comfortable shoes, no high heels. A water-fountain is available for filling up water bottles.
