Peter May

Peter May

Peter May discusses his new novel The Man With No Face – a powerful and prescient thriller from the million-selling author of I’ll Keep You Safe, Coffin Road and The Blackhouse. The Man with No Face features jaded Edinburgh journalist Neil Bannerman. This time, with Brussels rocked by a tragedy, Bannerman is compelled to follow his instincts. He is now fighting to expose a murderous conspiracy, protect a helpless child, and unmask a remorseless killer. Peter May was an award-winning journalist at the age of just twenty-one. He left newspapers for television and screenwriting, creating three prime-time British drama series and accruing more than 1,000 television credits. Peter now lives in France where he focuses on writing novels, and has won numerous awards. In 2013 he won the ‘Best Crime Novel Award’ for ‘The Blackhouse’ at Bouchercon in the US. In 2014, ‘Entry Island’ won the Deanston Scottish Crime Book of the Year as well as the Specsavers ITV3 Crime Thriller Book Club Best Read Award.
