Make It Happen Month - Sustainable Theatre: A (very) Short Course

Ben Twist, theatre director and Director of Creative Carbon Scotland, leads a workshop to explore tips and ideas about how to make your theatre-making, and your audience’s theatre going, greener. You’ll leave the session with: • Knowledge of the basics of the Climate Emergency • An outline of the different roles in theatre – and how everyone has a part to play in making it greener • Ideas for what YOU can do • Ideas for what your company can do • An understanding of where you can get some help Make It Happen Month takes place at the Conservatoire throughout the month of November and is organised by the Research & Knowledge Exchange Team. It’s a jam-packed series of evening seminars, workshops and events to help you get your ideas, projects, companies, and collaborations off the ground and into the world.
