The Language of Flowers

The Language of Flowers

Flowers play a diverse role in human life, representing a unique meaning. Many flowers carry a powerful message to their recipient; for example, some flowers are linked to love and passion, happiness, purity or peace, and some flowers are linked to sadness, loss, etc. This workshop will be divided into two parts. First part: we will explore the messages flowers bring, through interactive discussion and conversation with participants during the session. Our participants will learn to draw basic flowers using the traditional Chinese brush painting method. Second part: we will select some inspiring flower quotes for all participants to read. Our workshop leader will guide our participants on how to write a personal quote of their own inspired by flowers.
