University of Glasgow offers a number of visitor and tourist accommodation including; Kelvinhaugh Gate, Cairncross House Murano Street, Queen Margaret Residences and Wolfson Hall.
Kelvinhaugh Gate provides the perfect base from which to explore Glasgow, with the city centre, cosmopolitan West End and the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) all within easy walking distance.
These self-catering appartments comprise five private single en-suite rooms, shared lounge/kitchen which includes; television, all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, complimentary tea and coffee, all linens and towels, laundry facilities, off-street parking (limited) and bike shed available.
Accommodation at Cairncross House is perfectly based to explore Glasgow. It is within easy walking distance of the University, city centre and is close to local amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants.
Visitors can choose from a choice of standard single and twin rooms with wash hand basin. Guests will also benefit from access to shared kitchens facilities, all linens and towels, bike shed, off-street parking (limited), TV Room with pool table.
Accommodation at Murano Street is split into self-contained apartments, each comprising of lockable single bedrooms, kitchen/lounge, TV room and shared w/c and shower facilities. This standard self-catering accommodation is a comfortable and affordable option for those looking to visit the city. All rooms are standard with wash hand basin in room and include all linens and towels provided. Bike shed available. Off-street parking (limited).
Queen Margaret Residences
Queen Margaret Residences are situated near to the Botanic Gardens within walking distance of the University of Glasgow and close to transport links and local amenities.
These self-catering residences are split into self-contained apartments comprising; five single en-suite rooms (each individual room is lockable), shared lounge / kitchen (including – Television and all cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery), all linens and towels provided, laundry facilities, limited off-street parking and bike shed.
Wolfson Hall is situated in the West of Scotland Science Park in a quiet woodland area around 20 minutes’ drive from the University and Glasgow city centre. A full Scottish breakfast is included as standard.
