A world-class, sustainable destination
We’re proud to rank 6th in the Global Destination Sustainability Index. Despite increased competition, Glasgow has managed to maintain its position in the top 10 since joining in 2016. The index (view at gds.earth) requires the commitment of participating cities to develop and use regenerative practices across all areas of the destination.
